| A 9000 error is caused by the keyboard not being connected or a loose keyboard connection. Power off the display, disconnect and then reattach the keyboard. Power on the unit and watch the power-on diagnostics and make sure the Keyboard is status is OK. At this point the display will come up and function normally. |
