To determine if your AS/400 will support IPDS printing via Ethernet do the following: 1.??? From an AS/400 command line type wrklicinf ?? and press enter. 2. Select option 5 (Display Detail) for features 5112, 5113 and 5114. 3. If the Usage Limit for all three features is 0 your AS/400 will not support Ethernet IPDS printing. 4. If one or more of the selected features indicates a Usage Limit of *Nomax or a specified number, page down and check to see if there is an expiration date or a date grace period expires. If there is an expiration date, you will need to contact IBM to purchase PSF 400 to continue printing IPDS after the expiration date. |
