| A customer's 5430e would print total junk to an Epson DFX printer. Even the configuration report / test page from the 5430e printed trash, completely unreadable characters.
The solution was to change the port speed to Slow Output. This port speed option is found under the Printer Ports tab in the I-O Configuration Utility. |
