| My TC5000 worked fine locally with a wireless bridge. Now I move the TC5000 to a remote location and the AS/400 screen just flashes on the screen and then nothing. Why am I no longer working properly?
The enduser found the response time when connected remotely increased up to 60 mseconds, much longer than when connected locally with the same bridge. However the solution was to give the TC5000 a static IP address. |
