Article #81 - How can I test my keyboard for non-functioning keys ?
Updated:02-18-2006 - Views: 484
From a power off condition, press and hold down the Reset key while powering on the terminal. When the display comes up with the Configuration Screen, release the Reset key and press the letter 'K' to enter a special keyboard diagnostic screen. Press each key individually and monitor the screen to ensure proper key functioning. After testing the keys press enter to exit and return to your normal session.

NOTE:
Press Enter only after you have tested all other keys. Pressing Enter will exit the keyboard test.
