Obtaining a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA)

Please make sure you have filled out the form completely, as incomplete forms may not be able to be processed. Some RMA requests may require additional information and you may be contacted before the RMA is processed. If your product is in warranty, there will be no charge other than charges for expedited freight (if you request it). You will be informed of any charges when you receive the RMA number. I-O Corporation will attempt to process your RMA request within one business day. Returning items without an RMA number may result in lengthy processing delays.
